Hi,

the "APE Server No command given" mean your APE Server is up and running.
Now you have to configure APE to work properly and then use the check tool
from the APE JSF to check everything is working fine. All is explained on
this wiki page : http://www.ape-project.org/wiki/index.php/Configure_APE
