Hi,
maybe posting your code will help us to find what is going wrong. My
guess, you are calling some core function but core is not ready. Each
call to core should be after (or in) the load event.

About forum
, this was discused many times in the team. A forum is great to help
people but number of message / day will increase a lot and the team
doesn't have time to reply to all messages. Newsgroups also have the
avantage that all the message posted arrive in my our mail client this
is a lot easier for us to use.
If anywone want to start an "unofficial" support forum, we will be happy
to put it on our website.
