I'm having problems installing APE. When I run the Check tool it says: "Can't contact APE Server. Please check the your APE Server is running and the folowing url is pointing to your APE server : http://ape.mydomain.com:6969";
I *think* I've got Apache set up correctly. When I visit http://ape.mydomain.com it views the directory structure of the ape-jsf directory, although when I visit http://ape.mydomain.com:6969 it can't find it so maybe that is a problem? I'm running Ubuntu and installed APE with the debian package. That all seemed to go ok. I switched daemon = no and ran it that way and no errors came up. I'm a bit stuck, frankly.
