What I would like is a function like this:
postUserMessage: function(msg,userid) {}
- where msg is the string message and userid is the user's login name

This is how I'm currently doing it:
- To send a message to a user, we can use
pipe=ape.core.getPipe(user.pubid) // userid does not work... need the
pubid
pipe.send(msg)
- So I need to get a pubid for the user
- I can get a pubid when any user joins a channel which the current
user has joined
- I capture the event userJoin for the channel, and save all users'
pubid
- Am sure we can get this from the channel somehow, but have not yet
figured out how

Is there a simpler/better way?

Would appreciate any help.

Regards,
Ashutosh
