need quotes otherwise the shell strips everything after & into a new cmd:
wget
"http://nocache.ape-project.org/files.php?f=APE_Server-1.0.i386.deb&v=1.0"

Hi,
This is probably the easiest and most stupid question that has ever
been posted here.
I installed Debian.
The command
wget http://nocache.ape-project.org/files.php?f=APE_Server-1.0.i386.deb&v=1.0
fails.

Why is that?
The command
wget http://www.ffjd.fr/fichiers/livres/Les_enchainements.pdf
works just fine.
Thx in advance for your help.
