Isn't it possible to chain channels ?

like still limit the channel to example 100 users and then create a 2nd
channel that is sort of linked to the first channel
of the people in the 2nd channel would get a slower response, but it would
be nice to have a channel send a message to another channel (which sends it
to the pipes)
