If your DNS server does not allow to map *.domain or you are working with a
/etc/hots file, you need to create a lot of entries...

10.ape.mydomainname.com
11.ape.mydomainname,.com
12.ape.mydomainname,.com
13.ape.mydomainname,.com
........

or close your browser and retry, hoping that the session is lost
