There is several way to do what you want - Create a new command with the help of Server-side JS (http://www.ape-project.org/wiki/index.php/How_to_create_a_server_Module) that force the user to join a channel (user.join(channel) <= the channel object must be created with Ape.mkChan('name') first. Disabling the default "JOIN" command by hooking the commande (Ape.registerHookCmd("join", function(params, cmd) { return 0 }); - Or simply just hook the default "JOIN" cmd and control how many people are already in the channel.
