I think that this means that the server is running so you can put this
process in the background. To make sure you can go to your URL:6969 in
the browser and see if it says No Command Given if it does then it's
running properly. What was the command you used to start the server?

Usually I use sudo ./aped and then make sure its running with ps faux
| grep aped
