I tested with long polling protocol which is not suitable in some
circumstances where the server
sends messages at a high frequency (up to 100 messages per second)
XHR streaming would be more suitable since the server keeps the
connection open
but it seems to work also on particular browsers and if it doesn't,
then APE will fall back to long polling...

I don't know how to sort out this problem
