Hi,
This is maximum of file descriptor that APE can handle.
i.e. Setting this value to 10 allow a maximum of 10 concurents user (may
be less if you count the log file as file descriptor).
That will not change the perf ;)

What it is for and what happen if I modify the value (10000) in case I
want to play with it. (i.e. aped performance, etc)
Note: By the way I already have changed it but nothing seems to change
when I restart APE :-)
