Try to return a simple :
return {raw: "registered", data:{value:1}};
in your registerCmd script

Also, what I can say it that REGISTER_USER if fully processed to the
end as Ape.log("REGISTER_USER OK FINISHED"); is indeed printed on the
server screen.
