Hi,

On the APE website[1] it states that APE has a "Built-in Message Queue 
system". Does APE actually *queue* messages (i.e. if there is no subscriber 
on a channel, but messages are sent to it, will those messages be received 
when a client subscribes to the channel), or does that just refer to the 
fact that APE has messaging? If APE does not support this, is such a feature 
planned?

I saw a reference to VTICKS_RATE in another thread[2], but that does not 
seem to affect queuing.
