I think APE is adding his frequency himself.
So when you've http://0.127.0.0.1:6969, if the frequency is 1, you will 
have http://1.0.127.0.0.1:6969 <http://0.127.0.0.1:6969>, so i don't think 
this url is pointing to your APE server right ? ^^
