I have not tried it myself, but theoretically i think is possible. You register a command hook to connect like in here
http://www.ape-project.org/docs/server/commands/registerhookcmd.html Then use the host and http headers in the info variable as detailed here http://www.ape-project.org/docs/server/commands/registerhookcmd.html So basically you would have a whitelist of domains which you could test the request's domain with.
