Research inlinepush, it allows you to push commands from PHP to the APE
server. So you can send the commands to a PHP script, authenticate the user
and then push it to the APE server.

Following on from my security post, I want to be able to check a user's PHP
session from APE.

My idea is that I'll connect APE to my PHP system (Laravel), but how would
I pass the session details to the PHP?

The task I have is to write a chat system to allow users to chat to each
other like real-time private messaging (e.g. Facebook chat). But the user
must be logged in to the PHP application and have suitable privileges to
send messages.
