Hi,

As i understand it, core.onRaw is a global raw sent by the server, and
pipe.onRaw is a raw sent to a specific pipe owner or user, client
etc...

when you receive and global raw it's listened by all the pipe  (users,
clients) connected to that specific channel..  on the contrary
pipe.onRaw can only be listened by the owner of this pipe..
