I totally agree with Christian that APE stands no chance to survive if its website is not good. It has to have proper documentation and an easy first install.
I am not in a position to help much, being overwhelmed with my own project ( www.happymeeple.com, BTW version 2 has just been released and it looks much better) and being too ignorant in C & JS too. I also regret that there is very little communication from the guys who originated the project. There was an APE 2.0 in the pipe, but this too has not been talked about for months. It is probably time to take over and not expect any more from the originators. They have obviously switched to other things and all we can do now is thank them for the great job they did. Finally, I have no idea how many people rely on APE for production work. It would be nice to name at least a few to keep each other's faith. If anyone can help with the project, I'll be more than grateful. Nicolas. 2013/3/23 Ishmael Rufus <[email protected]> > Is APE dead? What's going on? > > Is this just the matter of getting a host?
