Make sure this line isn’t commented in main.ape.js (Server side files):
include('utils/checkTool.js');
If this file not commented, try running the server in the foreground. In the
ape.conf change the daemon option to no and then run ./aped. Check there’s no
errors and maybe post what is printed in the console here.
