Hello, thank you for your response. It seems as if the message is already being encoded when i try to encode the raw.data.msg when it sends it to the function: this.sendMsg. I do not know if I am putting it in the right place or not, I tried figuring it out but do not know where to encode. is the single quotes around the span a problem?
