Hi,

As requested on my GSoC application about the Post-editing tool, I am
giving further details about the work plan and how I am going to achieve
my goals.

I'm not able to update the on-line GSoC application, therefore I'm
typing these details on the Wiki.

At the moment, I updated both the Spell-checker and the Word-Translation
details because they are closely related. I also added further
information for each week of the work plan.

I will take another good look at it tomorrow.
