Yes, it is correct. It's an attempt to distinguish between the
pronominal use of the verb and the other one. The paradigm  "vbs_prnms"
contains the proclitic pronouns, and with this paradigm, the lemma of
the verb is "asomarse", instead of "asomar" when the verb is not
preceded by a proclitic pronoun, and these two lemmas have different
translations in the bidix:

$ apertium es-ca
asoma, se asoma
apunta, treu el cap

But as I can see, it has been only done with this verb. The solution
does not work for all forms of the verb. When there is an enclitic
pronoun after the verb, both lemmas are delivered by the analyser and
the taggeer chooses always the non-pronominal one:

apertium es-ca
asomarse, se ha asomado, asómate, 
apuntar-se, ha tret el cap, apunta't,

and there is no way to signal that the pronominal analysis should only
be delivered when the person of the pronoun and of the verb match up:

$ apertium es-ca
un paseo que te asoma a
un passeig que et treu el cap a


So that's why I think this has been only done for this verb. If you want
to delete it for your work, it will not be a big loss.:-)
