yes. This wrong position would have been correctly generated if the
verb tense would have been correctly disambiguated:

$ apertium -d. es-fr-tagger
ayer cantamos sobre el amor
^ayer<adv>$ ^cantar<vblex><pri><p1><pl>$ ^sobre<pr>$
^el<det><def><m><sg>$ ^amor<n><m><sg>$^.<sent>$

It is tagged as pri instead of ifi that would have led to a change in
adverb position as in:

$apertium es-fr

ayer cantó sobre el amor
Il a hier chanté sur l'amour
