I've told you these on IRC, but I put the here too:

* cg-proc is "constraint grammar processor" not "constraint graph
  processor" i have no idea what a "constraint graph" is :)
* i am one of your possible mentors :) not your mentor
* you left out the community bonding period
* i think changing cg-proc to output the dep analyses will be minimal, 
  not a week anyway -- but perhaps you should look at the code and if 
  you think it will take a week, tell us why
* i think some graphics would be nice, to explain to people how this
  would be an advantage over the existing rules. you could for example,
  take a long sentence, show how it would be chunked with apertium rules
  and then show how it could be reordered more efficiently with rules
  from this new module. 
* graphics would be nice
* you could also give the example rules, describing them, and offering a
  suggestion of the possible format they would take.
* it doesn't have to be a working model, just a model.
