When defining an 'attr-item' inside the 'def-attr' of a transfer rules files, shouldn't it always have a 'tags' attribute? I mean does it makes sense to define an attr-item without any tags?
I am saying this because in the 'transfer.dtd' schema it says that the tag is #IMPLIED, instead of #REQUIRED, doesn't it mean that it is optional? <!ELEMENT attr-item EMPTY> > <!ATTLIST attr-item tags CDATA #IMPLIED > c CDATA #IMPLIED> > Thanks for helping!
