There is no relation between ne-en.automorf.bin and and what modes are
supported.
Have a look in modes.xml.
In SVN there is <mode name="en-ne" install="yes"> and <mode name="ne-en"
install="yes">
which should install a ne-en mode. But perhaps you have a modified modes.xml
?
