What do people think about including a .dix validator in lttoolbox ? It
would basically be the same script as 'apertium-validate-dictionary' but
would be called 'lt-validate-dictionary' (or
'lttoolbox-validate-dictionary').

This would mean that it is not necessary to install apertium just to
validate an lttoolbox.
