Creo que tienes que utilizar --with-irstlm con el prefijo donde
instalaste IRSTLM. Por ejemplo en mi caso sería
--with-irstlm=/home/fran/local.

También, nos puedes enviar el contenido del fichero config.log (pegalo
en www.pastebin.com)
