Thanks for your message.
I have taken the liberty to copy your message to the apertium-stuff list
as I don't know much about Jamaican Patois; maybe someone can help you
better than me. But as Patwa is close to English in many respects, maybe
one can write a nice translator...
What is the level of standardization of Patwa? I assume one would find
there the same standardization problems of other oral creoles which have
almost a continuum of dialects...
