'@' means 'don't know how to translate'
'#' means 'don't know how to generate'.
This often means that the word is missing from the bilingual
dictionary ('@') or the target language monolingual dictionary ('#'),
but in this case it's most likely because the rules are incomplete.
Quite a few people are asking about this pair, which is one of my
'unfinished business' items, so if you can wait around until November,
I'll start working on it again.
