We use methods like these, in the off-line construction of dictionary
entries. As reasonable as they seem in theory, in practice they are
simply too unreliable for on-line use.

If it were considered, it would have to be optional, as this sort of

The speling format is only suitable for simple entries. Difficult
entries are what make the GUI... well... difficult.

I didn't mention anything about updates.
