This is very strange. It seems lttoolbox-java is used?
Apertium-viewer was made to use the C++ version when running locally
installed pairs, and the Java version when running online.
I have just tried this on a freshly installed machine, and of course no
local pairs are listed, but I can use the online pairs.
Could you please describe your process in detail.
Also, try to remove preferences
rm -rf ~/.java/.userPrefs/apertium*
and then to run it again.
