[Apertium-stuff] Problem with lt-proc -c -t output

Good Morning everyone.

Am getting unknown format data when i try to run lt-proc -c -t bin-file
input-file  with lttoolbox.jar file.  Here am pasting output and attaching
my input file. Please have a look at once.

My Java-Code *LTProc.main(new
