I've searched on the wiki and replaced the links I've found. But the
Wiki search isn't very good/comprehensive.

You can still use the https:// link to checkout/commit. I've tried it,
it works fine. So basically you can just replace all

https://apertium.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/apertium/

with

https://svn.code.sf.net/p/apertium/svn/

If someone gives me a script to run, I can do it. Otherwise my plan is
