Is this supposed to be fixed? I've noticed that api.apertium.org has been
up for some days, but I have not been able to register (I get this message:
"Unexpected error. Please try again later or use another name"), and it
seems that no language pair is available (
http://api.apertium.org/json/listPairs returns an empty list, for instance).
