Dear all, I don't have the necessary technical knowledge but I was wondering if it would be possible to have a GSoC student write something like an Apertium plugin or extension for the Telegram messenger (a partially free/open-source alternative to Whatsapp which is on the rise). Would this be something technically possible? Who could help a student?
