Project idea: Code/Improving support for non-standard text input
As far as I could understand, there is no indication for a specific target
language. Should I assume it is English?
Otherwise, I'm majoring in computer science at Pennsylvania State
University and last semester I had an NLP class. I'm familiar with the
input normalization task. I speak English, Arabic and French very fluently.
Is there any specific language that I should target?
