Some of our releases didn't compile/install (even when building with
-j1), e.g. in the case of kaz-tat the HFST dictionary parsing is
stricter than it was, sme-nob for some reason had <l c="blah">, in other
cases there were some minor makefile bugs.

So I uploaded these minor releases over the weekend:

apertium-kaz-tat 0.2.1
apertium-sme-nob-0.5.1
apertium-ca-it 0.1.1
apertium-eu-es-0.3.3

Apart from the mentioned syntax errors, I haven't touched dictionaries,
only Makefile.am and configure.ac, so they're as testvoqued as they were
the previous release.
