Does anyone know how to solve this:
$ make
cg-comp apertium-kaz.kaz.rlx kaz.rlx.bin
cg-comp: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.44: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
make: *** [kaz.rlx.bin] Error 127
I have a later version of libicu installed:
$ apt-cache policy libicu-dev
libicu-dev:
