http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Apy#Usage shows how you can check the
results of API calls with curl, e.g.

    curl 'http://apy.projectjj.com/translate?langpair=kaz|tat&q=Сен+бардың+ба?'

One difference from ScaleMT that might affect things is that APY uses
three-letter language codes (ISO-639-3); I have no idea how to debug it
in the mediawiki thing though.
