Right, that's a rare care where Debian Testing's apt-get index is in the
process of being updated right as the packager is trying to use it.
You'll still be blamed, because it doesn't know any better...it just knows
that it failed and you were last to touch it. I'll put on ToDo to better
detect why it broke.
