Yes, it should be possible to use pairs that depend on hfst-proc with
apertium-omegat (as long as hfst-proc is installed, of course). The issue
you describe could be caused by a bug in lttoolbox-java that I fixed in
r44409 back in 2013, but the binaries of apertium-omegat were never
updated. The problem is that many things have changed in lttoolbox-java
since then and updating to the last version seems to completely break
apertium-omegat. I will look at it when I have some more time, if somebody
wants to try it himself I would say that it is probably a bug in the
formatter (something that was also pointed in a previous thread, I believe).
