There is no way to deal with having an arbitrary number of words
in Apertium. There are two things that you can consider:
1) Use the chunking properties of Apertium to chunk words into longer
sequences, and then work with those. For example:
[SN anne] [SP okula] [V gidiyor] [Qst mu] [? ?]
[Aux Does] [SN mother] [V go] [SP to school] [? ?]
Rules:
SN SP V Qst -> Aux SN V SP
1 2 3 4 -> 1 3 2
2) Use a different open-source rule-based platform, such as
