Hi developers
We at coala <http://new.coala.io> are currently working to develop a linter
bear for apertium based on your GSoc 2016 project and as apertium_lint is
too rigid regarding the configuration file, i.e. it only accepts file named
config.json and that too in the same directory as the apertium_lint command
is executed. We are facing certain issues regarding the working of our bear.

See this https://github.com/coala/coala-bears/issues/1320#
issuecomment-275553360

I therefore want you guys to review my merge request regarding the argument
parsing of configuration file and create a new upstream release for the
same so that we can use it at coala <http://new.coala.io>
I had contacted Jaipal Singh regarding the same but there is no response
from him till now. Please help us with the licensing stuff or maybe just
commit an official license / give us permissions for these changes.

Regards,

Abinash Senapati
