My thesis topic Kazakh-Turkish machine translation and I will be so happy

Abstract
I present approach for building structural transfer rule that used in
translating Kazakh texts into Turkish. My approach relies on ambiguous
lexical transfer rules by purposing a method to process more than one rule
matching single source language pattern. In adding a novel supervised
learning method to learn weights for these ambiguous rules.
