There should be a

    trap "rm -f \"${srclist}\" \"${trglist}\" \"${tstlist}\" \"${rawlist}\""
EXIT

in t/wiki-tests around line 178, try changing that "rm -f" to "echo", ie.

    trap "echo \"${srclist}\" \"${trglist}\" \"${tstlist}\" \"${rawlist}\""
EXIT

That should print the temporary files that are input to the translator.

One of them will be named 'src'-something, e.g. /tmp/eng-kaz-src.xyzzyfoo,
so you can run "apertium -d . eng-kaz-dgen < /tmp/eng-kaz-src.xyzzyfoo"
to make it a bit easier to test what's going wrong.
