That sounds fine.

It would be very nice if gradle integration (
http://central.sonatype.org/pages/gradle.html) would be done in the same
turn.

WRT signing and publishing, I think it's fine if you do the publishing, but
as the maintainer I should also be able to publish, as well as 2 others in
the Apertium PMC.
