I've packaged and bundled the following release versions:
- apertium-cat 2.3.1~r82994
- apertium-srd 1.2.0~r82994
- apertium-cat-srd 1.0.0~r82995
They are now in both the Nightly and Release repos.
Tarballs are on https://sourceforge.net/projects/apertium/files/
The APy instance is also updated - since this is an existing pair, frontend
doesn't need to be rebuilt.
Also pushed those to Debian Science's git for Kartik.
