Ok, so it was like:

pertium-validate-dictionary apertium-fin-deu.fin-deu.dix
apertium-fin-deu.fin-deu.dix:150: element r: Schemas validity error :
Element 'r', attribute 'c': The attribute 'c' is not allowed.
apertium-fin-deu.fin-deu.dix fails to validate
apertium-fin-deu.fin-deu.dix:150: element r: validity error : No
declaration for attribute c of element r Document
apertium-fin-deu.fin-deu.dix does not validate
against /usr/share/lttoolbox/dix.dtd

But now I fixed the DTD and it works for me.
