Following https://github.com/apertium/apertium-on-github/blob/master/s2g.md,
I've merged pt-ca's history with por-cat's history and new commits. All
clones of por-cat must be recloned.

https://github.com/apertium/apertium-pt-ca is now archived and links to
https://github.com/apertium/apertium-por-cat - it can probably be deleted,
but now it at least won't be confused for por-cat.
